Should I respond to emails while on vacation?
In business, as the expected response time is 24 hours, program the automatic 'out of office' response with contact details of your colleagues for emergencies. On vacation, resist the urge to respond to your emails as it signals receptiveness, although at times you may have to respond selectively to important client/company issues. Instead, use this time to relax and rejuvenate!
I sent an email, with financials/discounts offered, meant for Client I to Client II. What is the best recourse?

While the 'recall' function is meant to help you in such situations, all it ensures is that your recipient has read the email! Instead, contact Client II, apologise for your error and thank him/her for understanding this.
